Watch out, world, here I come!
My name is Amanda Roach and I am currently a graduate student at Regent University. I love crocheting, cooking, volunteering, making movies, and anything else I can do to stay busy. I have worked everywhere under the sun learning everything I can. What can I say? I grew up homeschooled. Life is a field trip.
I have spent the last 7+ years volunteering and working with technology, and I have developed a real love for filmmaking and photography. This love directed me to choose a undergraduate college major in Mass Communication, and I am currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Film and Television. I would love to one day work making movies, whether as a director, actor, effects specialist, camera operator, or anything else.
Currently, I work as the Communications Associate for North Richland Hills Baptist Church and Cross Church DFW. Additionally, I work during High School Football season running the jumbotron for my local school district’s varsity games. While I typically do this for our home teams, I have helped out at semi-final games for the state of Texas.
I am a Notary Public of Texas, and I am Hootsuite Platform Certified as well as Social
Media Marketing certified through Hootsuite Academy. I am looking forward to learning even more skills and being certified in additional software throughout my future career.
