Post to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter:

“Hey, Rams!  With such a thriving geek life on campus, we want to know how you define the term “geek”.  What comes to mind when you hear the word?  Check back on Friday* with a story about how the Wesleyan community has embraced the #GeekLife! #TxWesGeekyRams”

*Replace with date of publication.


One Day Prior to Publication:

Post a poll to Facebook and Twitter with the caption:

“We asked yesterday how you define #geek…today, we want to know how geeky our students really are!  Answer this poll today and check back tomorrow for a story on how the geek community has taken over Wesleyan!  #GeekyRams #TxWes”

Date of publication:

Post the story to therambler.org and then post the link to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using the following graphic and caption:

“Years ago, people were insulted when they were called a #geek.  In 2013, it was the word of the year.  How did this happen, and how does it affect students at Texas Wesleyan?  Check out this week’s story at link.linkylink to find out!  #TxWesGeekyRams @
